You could submit the test details to by .cgi. I've found these generally need to sit on a server that allows e-mail (for us it's the intranet server).
You can get a sample perl and ASP script from the Trivantis website - http://www.lectora.com/LectoraOnline/index.html Look under the heading Submitting Test, Survey and Form Results to CGI.
