I think the api adapter error is because the LMS can't communicate with two windows at once. The test results are displaying in a pop-up window, and if that window inherits variables such as student name or course name, there's an adapter error when it tries to read those. Lectora 2007 automatically creates a Test Results page. That page is the last page in your test. If you look at the properties and click "Results Content", then uncheck show results in a pop-up, that should fix the api adapter error. If you still want the student to see their results and the answers, you code the test properties to show the results.
