Test questions not working when published.

This is a two-part question :)

I am having problems getting test questions to work within a title (questions not associated with a test).

I have a Title with one AU.

There is a Pre-Test and an identical Post-Test, where the details of these tests need to be collected by the LMS. We will need to know what the learner chose for each question in both the Pre and Post tests.

Within the course there are random reflection questions where the score is not important. Some of these questions work when published (example, you can click a radio button to make a choice). Some of the questions do not work (example 1, nothing happens when you click the radio button, example 2, all the answers are checked when you select one answer.

These questions work temporarily if I delete and replace the question in the title and re-publish. I am publishing to HTML in order to test in-house. I have tried Including the Title Manager frame, and Use Web 2.0 Style Pop Ups. I have tried without either of these.

When I hand these over to the client - who is running the course on SABA, they need to be published for SCORM, with AICC 1.2 selected.

I have replaced the questions a few times and must find a solution to these issues.

Issue 1: Make questions work.

Issue 2: Make sure the client can collect both the pre and post test data.
