Hi all - I'm hoping someone can help me out. I've got several courses I'm working on QA-ing now where the author has test questions sprinkled throughout (they're not included in a score or retained and not a part the test that actually writes a score to the LMS). On these questions, she's got it displaying pop-up windows as feedback in some instances, and in others just a regular Lectora feedback window ("Great job!" or something like that). My question is this: when the user clicks the Done button after selecting or entering an answer, the feedback pop-up pages are not displaying -- they look like they're going to load, but then they just close immediately, and the course goes to the next page (action on the Done button is go to > next page). The regular Lectora feedback windows are displaying fine. Has anyone had this happen? (Oh, and yes, my pop-up blocker is off.) Any advice?
