Test passing score is not met, LMS records that user passed the test

Make sure you manually set the parameters of the course in the SCORM level to match the test parameters.(normally it is a001) Some LMS's will error out if this doesn't match what you have with the test. Also double check you make sure that you are setting AICC_Lesson_Status correctly.
