Test out and Final Assessment

Bear with me, this may take a bit of explaining. I have Lectora 2007 and we're having trouble with a test. The module has 9 lessons, and the business partner wants employees to be able to "test out." If they answer 5 questions with 100% accuracy, they don't have to go through that particular lesson. At the end of the 5 questions, they see a Results page that updates the variables for that lesson to complete if they pass, or tells them to go through the slides if they didn't. The Test Out button then disappears and they have to go through the slides to complete the lesson. Lesson 9 is very short and does not have a Test Out button. When they're done with all 9 lessons, either by reviewing the slides or testing out, they have to take a Final Assessment and score at least 80%. If they've already taken the test for a lesson and passed, we don't want them to have to go through those questions again, but we do want the test out score to count towards their final assessment score. (we only have one set of questions for both the test out and final assessment)We set up an action group on the fifth question of each test section. If the variables (WrapUp1, WrapUp2, etc.) are not all complete, they must be trying to Test Out, and it goes to the results page for that lesson. If the vairables are all complete, they must be in the final assessment, and we want to check if they've already taken the next set of questions to determine the next test section they see. We set up an action group with 9 actions to check each test section for "complete". As it finds one the participant hasn't seen, we want it to go to that set of questions. At the end there is a special results page for the total assessment scores. We got it to work in Run Mode of Lectora, but when we publish to html it doesn't work properly. It skips sections and/or goes to the wrong results page. Does anyone have any suggestions for what might be happening between Lectora and html? Or ideas for how to make this work?I apppreciate your help.Harrin
