Test Grading not working?

Hi! I hope someone else has experienced this and can help me. I have recently finished my first Lectora Learning Modle and am now going through it to proof it, and make sure everything is working properly. My problem is the test not grading properly when it should be a fail result. Even when I aswer every question wrong, it still sends me my result pass page. It is a 10 question test, and I've made sure that each question is weighted 10 points. The user must score a 90 to pass. I've checked to make sure all my answers are assigned correctly and they are. I have a Results Chapter, right after the test with a Pass page and certificate, and a Pass page. In my test properties I have checked the box for If Pass - go to a specfic Chapter Section, or Page and selected the Pass page. For the If Fail I have selected to also go to a specific Chapter,Section, or Page and have selected the Fail page.
