Hi There...
Open Snap Empower and Click on the Library Tab on the right side
- Click on the Search Options
- Click on the Look In
Look at the "local folder" path...
By default template files are located in the following directory:
C:Program FilesTrivantisSnap! EmpowerTemplates
If for some reason the path got changed, it could be the source of your problem.
If your templates got deleted, or moved that could be your issue...
