Do you have any templates I can use for a Conference? (I know there was a Conference App created last year for the LUC2015), however, I recall it has a lot of work-arounds.

There doesn't appear to be anything similar in the Share section. Have you tried looking through the eLearning Brothers Library to see if they have any good ones? If you have Lectora Inspire the template library is available to you.
