Technical Details For CGI Submit

Hi All,Hoping someone can help. Over the past year of using Lectora (versions 2005-2007), we are using an .asp CGI script to post some custom and Lectora variables to an SQL server. We are experiencing intermittent submission of the results to the sql server.Example situation: a user takes a test via an HTML course. When they complete the test, they click the done button, and sometimes the "submission successful" msg box may or may not display. We have tested this in a couple of different manners, and we know that our script and the Lectora courses are set up correctly, because often-times they do post. What I am inquiring is a technically detailed description of what exactly happens that would trigger the "submission success" box to appear - and what might cause it not to appear. Specifically, I'm wondering if connectivity issues may be a problem, as the web server and the sql server are two separate machines on a LAN.This intermittent submission has occured regardless of version of Lectora used. The LAN admin will not investigate any possible problems connectivity-wise, blaming both the specific courses published with Lectora and asp code as the problem - which we disagree with. Please assist!Angie
