Hi Bruce,Thanks for the reply!I do have the code in my script that you mentioned - but that only displays when you type the URL of the .asp file directly into the address line. The "submission success" box that I am referring to is set in the Lectora test properties - to display a submission successful box to the student. This is what is displaying intermittently. When it is displayed after completion of a test, all variables appear in the database. When it does not appear, there is no record entry for this instance in the database.Your suggestion about including all variables in submission and cookie size is something I have not yet looked at. What is the max cookie size, and how could I check to see if we are exceeding that value based on the variables in each course/test?"Also, has the servers cache files been cleared as sometimes it can take days for the changes to be reflected."We do not have admin access to either server - are you referring to the web server or database server, and what would the repercussions be if the cached files had not been cleared?Thanks again, Bruce!
