Teaching Lectora to new users
December 20, 2024 4:39 PM
I've been appointed by my company to put together a curriculum for training new developers on how to use Lectora. I've reviewed your knowledge base and youtube videos for materials to use, but I am wondering if there already is a full curriculum, or full class, offered somewhere with materials, walk-thrus and/or demos to teach from the ground up? While I've been working in Lectora for 8 years and could put it together myself any direction to save time on this would be very helpful.
Thank you,
Patty

ELB Learning has a few online free and paid courses online as well as a recently published book available on Amazon.
The following link is to a tutorial with many videos walking the learner through the Lectora interface.

After you have completed the 20 videos in the tutorial listed above, there are videos on our YouTube channel and articles in our Knowledge base. We also have additional training available. We have some paid video training for the self-paced learner. Check with your Sales Rep, last we heard their could be discounts on the $400 course price tag.

In addition to the self-paced video training above, the next link is to a bunch of third-party classroom training. The two-day Beginner/Intermediate is a great two-day course to really jump into using Lectora.

In 2022, a couple of long-time Lectora users and trainers created a comprehensive book that covers all features of Lectora Desktop and Lectora Online. You can get this book in paperback or Kindle format from Amazon at this link: https://a.co/d/gay4Qhk
