target="_top" ??

By 'target="_top"' I mean the good ol' html targets for a href links.The link is valid and correct. It is the target that is the problem. It seems as though Lectora web address links target "_self" by default. Lectora gives me the option to "open in a new browser window" (target _blank) but I need to target _top. This will target the parent section of the current window.
