This stuff is all doable. Some/most of it can be done using very basic Lectora actions. Describing how to create each of these screens would literally be like typing up a text book on the forum. Perhaps you should just post the screens that are giving you issues after attempting to create the lot of them.BTW, I know 9 and 10 will require you to have the Pro version of Lectora. Unless you want to set timers for the visibility state of your content
