synching audio with text

Thank you for your response. It brings up another question. I am currently using Audacity to record and edit audio files. As far as I know Audacity only allows you to export the file as mp3, wav, or Ogg vorbis. Do you know of a free program that allows you to export at .flv audio?Thank you for your response.
