synching audio with text

I use Adobe Soundbooth because I am cleaning up and changing some things in my audio. Recent changes in the Audio Editor within Lectora should allow you to import a .wav, insert event markers, and then save as a .flv (it will prompt you to change the format to .flv) if you try to just save. So in your case, edit the .wav in Audacity, then import into Lectora audio editor, insert event markers and save as .flv. Another nice thing about it being in .flv, is you can put in buttons and actions to pause and resume the file without it starting over.
