swf Audio Files a good thing?

Has anyone ever used the swf format for audio files before? It's the first time I've come across it. They insert into the course okay but it's just foreign to me... I typically use mp3 format.Have you ever used this format for audio files and can you tell me your opinion of pros and cons (if any)?Thank you,Christine O'Malley
