I also posted a question in the Moodle online forum and received a similar answer from another user.I have concluded that I need to wait until we put the course into the client's LMS to fix any tracking issues, if they still come up there.Note: The client specified a SCORM-compliant course so that it could be easily transported between LMSs. I knew there would be some issues about transportability, in spite of the idea of using a standards-based format. Although perhaps conforming to SCORM helps eliminate some issues -- I am not sure.Cyrelle
