"A Submit test action is not valid within a test/test section in random mode" <-- translated to "normal" english, it should say something like:You are not allowed to put the "submit test action" somewhere in the test, if the questions are generated randomly. Maybe you should try to put the submit action somewhere else in the course, and then see if this fixes the problem?
