submit orm data

Howdy. I am having a blast learning to use Lectora! One question (today )if I may... How do I submit form data via email? On the page where the form resides, I added a form and then a text box, and in the form properties I selected email and input my email address. But no submit button is generated so how does the text in the text box get submitted? If I add a submit button (using the button wizard), how do I tie it to the form?
