I've tried out the javascript posted above. But a javascript error occured on the line:
Varnamereversed.set(namereversed);
I've tried a few alternatives like with a space, with setValue or SetValue, but none of them work.
Problem with this is that the onshow-action doesn't update the textfield.
Any suggestions?

I've changed the property of the external HTML object from Other to Bottom of file scripting and it worked.
