Student Can't Hear Streaming Audio

Hi all,

I have a weird situation with a student on our LMS. She can't hear the audio that's in a course.

Here's the setup. The Lectora course runs on a Saba LMS. The course links to audio files that are located on a separate Windows media streaming server. The student can't hear them and we've tested using two different browsers (IE6, Firefox).

She can hear all other audio (external Web sites, internal PC sounds, music CDs, etc). She can even hear the audio for the streaming files in question when we directly link to them not going through the LMS.

Her PC has IE6 and Windows Media Player 9.

We have hundreds of folks who have already taken this course and this is the first complaint I've had like this.

Does anyone have an idea why this one person can't hear what others are hearing? Firewall issues? Windows Media Player problems?

Any help at all will be appreciated!
