Streamin video autoplay problem

Hi AllPlease Help ASAP.My problem is I have placed a streaming vidoe link in my HTML page, which is initially in invisible mode. On clicking a link within page I am making the visibily on and want to set it auto-play on show. But its showing the video screen with stopped video. I didn't find any way to make this Auto play on show. It's only working, only if I am setting this to autoPlay on load and initially visible. I want this to initially invisible and autoplay on show.
