Stop user intruction till page loading is 100%

Hi all,
When we publish our course on web and run it then left bottom corner of browser we watch the information about how many content of page are loaded or how many are pending when all contents are loaded there display "Done". Can we stop the user intruction on lectora page untill the downloading is 100%. It means user can not click ani image or button of the page untill the downloading is 100% and when "done" msg is display then user able to intrect with page.
