Stop Lectora from leaving email tracks?

Thank you, and yes-CD/Single file. I suspected this was an MS Outlook issue but needed to ask the question to cover all my troubleshooting bases...just seems very odd that once deselecting Outlook's "save sent items to sent folder", emailed Lectora quiz/test results are the ONLY emails that ignore the rule.Thanks again.
