I just posted a zip file. It contains a working version using v9 of lectora, it works in X as well, but thought 9 for greater compatibility. Ok to get it working with CS4, move the javascript call to the beginning of the last slide.
Sorry about the earlier confusion, I am used to working with older versions of captivate. Evidently this version doesn't like to go all the way to the end of the last slide... so it never executes those commands. Dumb.
