I am using the new Lectora 21 and when I went to Tools > Library on the right, I don't see the option to search for Stock Assets directly within Lectora. Am I missing something?

Yes, we replaced all of the old Lectora Stock Assets with our Assets Library which you can access from the Tools ribbon "Stock Assets".
