Can you guys please help me?
I bought the publisher version of the Lectora software. I received an e-mail with the payment information, but I didn’t received any serial number to put in the installation. In the order details, in the status it just says “SERIAL NUMBER INFO – Payment accepted”.
The money has already been transferred out of the bank account.
My question is how can I get the serial number so I can install the software? Am I doing something wrong?
