I have just had an error message popping up saying I can't open my Snap! Empower presentation becuase it was created using an old version of Flypaper, it says it can convert it but then fails to do so. As far as I am aware nothing has updated since I installed it a few months ago but now I can't open my document.
Any ideas on how to resolve this would be helpful.
