I purchased Snap!Empower yesterday. Since installation I have not been able to run the programme without an error message advising "Snap Empower has stopped working". The error message provides further info (copied below).
I have a single-user licence. I would now like to de-register the licence so that I can reload the licence onto another computer.
How can I achieve this?
