Not that I know of. Most of the templates were designed for an 800x600 screen. Be sure you design yours for your target audience's screen's, not just yours. The only suggestion I have is to use the guides (see user manual) to realign them more easily. Turn Snap To Guides on using the View menu or Ctrl-E. Change their color (I use silver so it does not get in the way so much) using File menu > Preferences > Grid/Guides tab. Turn on Rulers using Ctrl-R and then drag from the middle of ruler to where you want it. To reposition, hold the Ctrl key down and click on the guide. They only work on the top and left of an object.
