I'm not clear what you're saying/asking... What kind of a question is Question_001 -- fill-in-the-blank? multiple choice? something else? Is there a correct answer or is any answer other than no answer correct? If there is a correct answer, then any answer that isn't the correct answer (including no answer) is considered an incorrect answer. The variable is changed when the person answers the question, not by whether the answer is correct or not. So, for example, if you had an FITB question and the person answered "wombat," then the variable value of that question would be "wombat." Lectora determines whether the question is answered correctly by comparing the value of the variable to what you said the value should be if it was correct. It can then perform whatever actions you tell it to based on that assessment, but it doesn't change the value of the question variable from "wombat" to "incorrect" if the correct answer is "hedgehog."If you're trying to set up a question in which the answer is correct as long as it isn't blank, then the condition you'd set for whatever action you want to execute based on the answer not being blank is "Not equal to" and then leave the Value field blank.Does that answer your question? If not, please give us a little more specific information about what you're trying to do.Laura
