Single Page Layered Actions Not Working in IE6

You might want to add a very short delay (.01) on one of the offending text box actions to see if that fixes it. I've done that in the past with actions where i had text boxes overlap, but they always fully erased. You might also try using the 'debug' mode and watching to see if the action that does the show or hide is actually getting "fired".
Janie said:Hi. Wonder if anyone else is having this problem. I've discovered that when I publish my course to either HTML or SCORM (and publish to LMS) that I'm having a HUGE issue with a few of the pages. What I've done is attempted to simulate activity using static images, invisible buttons, and a massive number of actions. The actions are all in groups and the action groups are triggered by various buttons on the page (actions include hiding invisible buttons, hiding images, hiding text boxes, and then showing the next invisible button, showing the next image, showing the next text box, etc.). Everything works fine when using IE7, whether it's the HTML published version or the SCORM published version in the LMS. However, when run in IE6, it appears the action groups aren't running completely through for some reason. I end up with 2 text boxes over top of each other in many instances. Is there some kind of limitation that exists in IE6 that I need to know about? Is there some way to work around this other than completely removing all simulated activity? There's no upgrading to IE7 or higher either, the customer is a government agency and they are ALL using IE6. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. The problem wasn't discovered until TODAY and the WBTs are supposed to go live for the customer within a few days.
