setting a flash intro in lectora

I am new to lectora, can anyone tell me the best way to apply a 10sec intro using flash and going to the intro of my presentation? This is the way I have it layed out:presentation look with buttons section 1 section 2 section 3and so on, whenever I place my animation inside the beginning presentation where all my layout is defined, it puts the animation in the back.the ideal way I will like it is to be separated from intro to welcome page without destroying my structure since I am almost done with the presentation.I appreciate the help in advance.Thanks
