Another way is to put hyperlinks on each word or groups of words. Change the color of the links and remove the underline so they look like regular text. Each hyperlink connects to an Action Group that increments the count and shows a highlight box (see below)Problem is really changing the color of the text. Very difficult with Lectora. How about putting a green highlight behind it? That is pretty easy. You create a light green text box and put it behind the text. Changing the text box property to Render as image will help keep the highlight boxes aligned.
