Ah I see how you are doing it. Why are you embeding everything in an external html file? This is the cause of the problems. It is adding a layer to the API calls, hence why you need to add another "opener".
Are you using Captivates SCORM functionality, or some other custom code with captivate? You can do all of this in Lectora and not worry about it.
You can just import the SWF file that is generated by captivate and you won't need to edit the API file to add it searching for another layer.
