Screen Size and Layout Problems

You cannot remove menu bars and any other browser chrome after the window is open. You can open a new window with those removed.At any time you can resize the screen and reposition it. I don't know how you lock the size - but given the popup ad technology, there must be some way - I just don't know it.At any time the user can press F11 on IE 6.0 and get some control. Most people don't know that. If you launch your course from a vanilla HTML page, you can specify full screen but I think the effect varies depending on whether or not it comes from a server - not sure about this.
