SCORM woes

Here's the situation:I have developers that publish using SCORM and they run fine on our LMS.I am working with a vendor who also uses Lectora and publishes to AICC and SCORM. AICC courses run fine on our LMS, but their SCORM courses exhibit errors in our LMS--even though they are using identical publishing setting that our developers use.The errors:After beginning the course, when I click the first hypertext link and open a glossay definition in a new window, I get the following errors:"LMS Commit Error: Not Initialized" When I click "OK" to dismiss the error a second error is displayed:"LMSSetValueError: Not initialized." When I click OK to dismiss that error, I get a book marking message: "You have been in the course before. Do you want to continue from your last location?" If I click "Cancel" on the book mark message it disappears and the screen looks normal. When I click "Yes" (on the book mark message)to return to the last location, the glossary definition in the popup window is replaced by the page I am on.We use Lectora Professional Publisher 2006 SP5, my vendor uses Lectora Enterprise 2006.Question: Are there any differences between the above mentioned versions that would cause errors like this? That's the only difference I can see.How can I fix this or what is the cause? Thanks,ErnieEdited By: Ernie Thor on 2007-7-12 13:43:41
