SCORM Publishing with big video files

Looking for suggestions on why my publishing doesn't seem to be working. Using Lectora vX.4.1 and I have a pretty big (220MB) video file imbedded in the course.
When I publish to SCORM, Lectora goes thru the motions, but the output zip file is considerably smaller (<5MB) than expected. If I upload this file to our SumTotal LMS, course loads and runs fine, until the page calling the video appears.
Seems like the LMS is trying to open and play the video (I have Autostart selected in Lectora) but I get the loading circle icon and nothing more.
Appreciate any and all suggestions!
