SCORM interraction fails intermittently

We have a very strange problem which i am hoping someone here may have come across:We create most of our content here now using Lectora and for most users, the CBT's correctly launch, score and track back to our LMS (Saba 5.3). However, for some users, this fails if they type in the "s" of the https: address of our LMS (which is hosted outside of the firewall). The courses then report 00:00:00 time and are showing as not complete. From the fact that they record time of any kind, we know the start of the communication is achieved. Now the strange bit - type http instead and the instruction goes to the LMS through firewall & proxies, arrives at the LMS and bingo, the LMS syays - you're missing the "s" and adds it back on. End result, our courses now track!I have looked at this from just about every angle and can't see what might be causing this - I am heading towards variations in patches on the desktops for either the operating system (XP sp2) or the browser (IE 6.0).Whilst this may not be a a specific Lectora issue, has anyone else here come across anything similar? ThanksAndy
