Scorm disconnected option

I have to develop a course and distribute it to students to running in a "stand alone mode" (because of the very big video part - no possibility to streaming video) but tracking progress on a Docent LMS. I imagine scorm disconnected is the solution, but I do NOT have informations (User Guide has just half page) to implement it.Any suggestions ar someone already tested this feature?Thanks a lot !!
