SCORM 1.2 and Peoplesoft 9.1

Hi, wonder if anyone can help please. We uploaded a scorm zip file to the same server the LMS resides on, when we try to click the launch button for the lesson we get an error message..Initializing lesson please wait.. nothing seems to happen. Has anyone got a step by step guide to using scorm or aicc with peoplesoft...proving to be a nightmare. tried aicc too but getting "Invalid or missing parameter in request"...we also tested the scorm files with scorm cloud and they seem ok. many thanks

If SCORM files are okay, you should contact your LMS provider.

Hi, I was googling the "Initializing Lesson. Please Wait ..." issue, and I found your post. I was wondering if you saw this on Macs only? It seems we are getting it only for Mac users. Also, I'm wondering if you got it for more than one course.
Any information you have on this would be helpful.
We are using PeopleSoft ELM 9.0 on Peopletools 8.49.33
