Save Results and variable to C Drive

Hi Ben, thanks for replying. Most of the ships have a satellite connection which is both slow and expensive to transfer data. The email syncronises a couple of times a day, sending any messages in the outbox and checking for any incoming mail. They do not have any internet access as it is too expensive for casual browsing. There is an average of 25 guys on a ship most of whom will complete the training during their spare time on one or two machines. With the old software I am using I save a .txt file in the same folder on the C drive, one text file each time someone completes a training course. This contains all details of seafarer (name, rank seaman number etc) as well assessment results (percentage, which questions were right/wrong skipped etc). Every three months or so this folder can be zipped up and emailed back or copied to CD/floppy and posted back at the next port.Do you think there is some way of saving this data to file on the C drive after completion of an assessment?CheersAndy
