SAP LSO Progress tracking

I recently deployed a SCORM 1.2 course in SAP's LSO learning Management System with success. The course loads, launches, closes and tracks completion properly. Last page bookmarking tracks properly. All appears fine.
The only issue I have is that the Progress feature in LSO is not updating as the user progresses through the course. For example, if the course consists of 10 pages and the user exits the course on page 6, the progress indicator in LSO should indicate 60%. Currently the progress indicator is remaining at 0% until the Lesson_status variable on the final page is set to complete.
Is there an SAP LSO course deployer out there that has had success with the progress indicator?
Any comments or suggestion would be appreciated.
