Running Lectora in a Popup

Hi, I am using Lectora 2003. I would like to run my course in a Modal window or Popup to prevent the user from clicking outside the course. I am using window.showModalDialog() to open the course. It opens fine, but when the next page is clicked, an additional browser opens up. The course completed within the second browser. How can I prevent the additional browser from opening up? Or should I be trying a different method? Thank you.
