REVIEWLINK - Slovak Diacritic Marks Problem

Hello, I have problem with Slovak Diacritical Marks in the title in reviewlink.

I have problem when i want to upload a SCORM package. Instead of titles:

• Automobilová horúčka
• Depozitné produkty a produkty finančných trhov

I see something else (look into the attachment). There is encoding UTF-8 and in the course everything works OK. The only problem is the title in reviewlink.

Can anybody help me, where can be the problem? Thank you.
