Reviewlink not working - server connection error and other issues

Hi, I am trying to publish a Lectora title into Reviewlink. I have had various issues which follow:
1- the process would complete but the course would not show in my published view online
2-the process would not complete and I would receive timeout message
3 - I receive the error 'there was an error connecting to the server"
My course is about 776K
I am using Lectora Publisher version 11. Also, earlier I did get a different course (not the 776K course) to publish but now getting the connection error
Is anyone else having issues with publishing to reviewlink? Is there an outage with the server?
Any other ideas/things I can try?

Sorry for the inconvenience our latest ReviewLink server update may have cause you and all our ReviewLink users.
The changes have been rolled back and ReviewLink is once available again.
