Reskinning FLV player for audio with Closed Captioning

I am in need of an flv audio player with closed captioning that doesn't require a large 'video' window for the closed captioning. What I'd like to do is have a more customized look with audio play, pause, replay, closed caption on/off controls. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
