We have often added an extra action to the 'next' button to display a message only if the question is incorrect... You can also customize what each message says. We sometimes place a link to review the content page (if you have randomized questions you cannot link out of the test, so it has to open in a new window) - it's a good idea to have a new window anyway so the user doesn't get lost navigating through the course.We copy each 'content' page in to a chapter that's not in the TOC, and then remove the navagation buttons and put something like 'click here to close this window'. By the way, copying the pages doesn't increase the size of the file much because it's calling on the same content. Or, instead of a link have it open the content page automatically like AndyP said.
