Repository error

I can suddenly not insert new images in my project, keep getting "Repository error". Can someone explain what I am doing wrong:

Solution
Sorry about this - I found out what is wrong. The problem was in the foto editor I have been using (FotoFiltre). Updated the editor and things are working again!

Maybe the image is corrupt ? Did you try another image ? And into another clean project ? As that might be corrupted too..
OK - I am trying - this only happens with .jpg.
If I save the same images as .gif, .tif, .png or .bmp everything works normally
Strange, in my projects there are over 1000 .jpg images that used to work fine...
